Portuguese prime minister Pedro Passos Coelho says he will not step down despite the resignation of his foreign and finance ministers. Portugal has been in recession for two years and unemployment stands at 17.5%. The coalition government came to power two years ago following the country’s bailout by the IMF and the EU.
